The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions set out by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Telecommunications Act 2003 (TKG 2003). In this data protection policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
Contact with us
When you contact us by email, your data will be stored on our server in order to process your request and in case of subsequent inquiries. These data will not be transmitted.
Pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, the legal basis for the processing of the data provided by you is the fulfilment of a contract with you or the implementation of pre-contractual measures which take place at your request.
Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, your data will only be stored until the request and any follow-up questions have been conclusively processed.
You are not obliged to provide data. If your data is not made available, we may not be able to answer your enquiry. There will be no automated decision making or profiling.
Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system used, the referrer URL (last visited site), the IP address of the accessing computer and the time of the server request.
This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be combined with any other data stored in connection with this website. We reserve the right to check the authenticity of this data retrospectively, should we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you may send to us as a website operator, our website uses an SSL or TLS encryption. An encrypted connection can be recognised by the changing of the browser address line from “http: //” to “https: //” and if the lock symbol appears in your browser line.
If the SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Our website does not use web analytics services.
Certain applicable data protection laws give you the right to receive information about the personal data we hold on you. In principle, you have the right to access, modify, delete, restrict, data portability, revoke and oppose. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws, or that your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way and you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, please contact the Austrian supervisory authority. In Austria, the relevant supervisory authority can be found here:
